I bought a washing machine, Jan last year it has not worked more than it worked, engineer been out 8 times, it hasn't worked for approx 11 months, Argos have consistently rude, unhelpful, uncaring, attempted robbery again, after a year and the laughable guarantee has expired, even though I have insurance, tried to say I didn't and tryed to charge me a high amount to come out AGAIN I had to insist I had insurance and begrudgingly typed in policy saying I have already checked this,bought pH last month while on charge it heats up so u can't hold it and has no signal I am too SCARED to contact them, I am a 53 partly disabled lady who is alone in this world with my life being tough enough and now ARGOS is joining in!!!!! I am soooo9 disappointed
